  • Retention Schedule: Verification records and related transaction data are retained for a period of six (6) months following the transaction to resolve potential payment disputes or chargebacks, unless a longer period is required by federal law (e.g., FINTRAC reporting requirements).
  • Permanent Destruction: Upon the conclusion of the mandatory retention period, all sensitive verification data is permanently purged from our systems.
